Excellent services! Happy with the work done

He lied about the service that was done to the vehicle. I took it to another mechanic the same mechanic they put on the two front tires. He stated that the tires are rotated. The mechanic to put on the tires said that the tires were never rotated. There was a few other things that the new mechanic is looking into. I believe that the service is the Subaru said we’re done that the representative I believe his name was Steve said we’re done we’re never done. I believe at least half of the time they say it was spent on the vehicle was not spent on the vehicle. Not only would I not recommend this service team or Subaru to do work on a vehicle but I would discourage anyone from going there. I would in there for a recall and my“ was more than $4000 worth of work. I ended up leaving paying extraordinarily too much for the little bit of service that was done. And oil change shouldn’t cost that much. A diagnostics from mechanic That works exclusively on Subarus should not charge that much. It seems like Subaru has no loyalty to the people that buy their vehicles when it comes time to have their vehicles worked on. There’s no family there there’s no respect for choosing that type of vehicle there’s no discounts. Any other mechanic would be better than this system that you have working. Way overcharged and weigh under supervised. I literally cannot go on enough about how bad of a rip off this was.

Good costumer service and fast

When I took my car in I told them a tire was leaking air. When I got my car back a couple hours later they said they filled all my tires with air. When I asked about the repairs they said they filled them with air and I should be fine when I clearly stated the problem to begin with. They took it back a second time and discovered the leak. I paid for tire service and I was told they didn't have my tire size in stock and I needed to wait a week with my tire having a small hole. They wouldn't patch it and they said I could use the spare, but I drive a lot now with work now and dont want to use the spare.

I was in and out for oil change in 15 min! Very friendly employees ????

Long story short. Tomorrow would be the 3rd day in a row im taking my car to get fixed. They didnt fix half of the stuff they were suppose to do. Price quote was not honored. Jaime tried to charge me more money. Car issues were very "hyped up" n mislead me into thinking the car had more issues than it did. First time there. Worse experience ever. I felt advisor was not honest n straight forward of what services would be needed. I can add another a paragraph here but ill stop. Whoever reads this will get the bigger picture. Totally waste of my time n money
