The service was excellent, the valet service is such a great service. However I was told that someone would confirm the appointment and they never did. I was also told that someone would call me before they headed over and no one called to let me know they were coming. They even showed up early and luckily I was not in the middle of something. Please do a better job about connecting and following up when you say that you are going to do that.

Rafael Ibarra was most helpful with the service of my Outback Subaru. I came in for an oil change and the recall on my airbags to find I have numerous oil leaks in my engine. Rafael was diligent to make sure my warranty would cover the service. His care and interest was refreshing and reassuring.
