Service was completed faster than estimated, and started earlier than my appointment time because I arrived earlier. Waiting at facility was very comfortable and felt clean and safe. Everyone I encountered or spoke with was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a book. Totally painless. Thank you!
Rafael was able to get a mechanic to start work on the factory recall repair immediately so I did not have to wait the three to four hours initially estimated to complete the service. Kept me informed on progress. Work completed in under two hours.

I have been coming to your dealership for service since 2008. Of the many service people I have dealt with in all these years, Jaime is by far the best you have. I always enjoy checking in my car and picking it up. And the service is great. I know Jaime is watching out for me and my 3 current Subaru’s.
I very much appreciated that the gentleman picked up our vehicle at our home to be serviced. That was a game changer. Jaime Vega was extremely respectful, wore gloves and a mask and put plastic on the car which was appreciated.
Jaime as usual always makes sure our vehicle is well taken care while at Sierra. Always so and informative.

Good timely service but two items to consider.
1- reset the maintenance feature AND the window- lift gate app’s after the battery is disconnected.
Also I spent nearly $600.00 and didn’t get a car wash — what’s up with that
