Took longer than promised on a day that I truly had to be gone. Would have much rather rescheduled if I had known an oil change was going to take over an hour and a half. What is your express service?

Jaime was fabulous as usual. I was upset about how much the work on my car cost, but he did a good job of explaining the work done & the costs. I’m still really stressed about how much it cost to service my car, but Jaime’s explanation made me less angry.
