Jaime is a good guy and a hard worker, and has looked out for me for years. I believe to a certain degree his hands were tied in terms of pandemic business circumstances. But bottom line is that something taking twice as long as estimated (an already inconvenient 3 week recall fix that turned into 6 weeks), even though I had a rental car covered, Is just not ideal. I like and want to drive my car. My experience makes me reconsider getting service at Sierra Subaru.

I go to Sierra Subaru for one reason, Jaime Vega. Even though the previous service manager was as useless as the current one, Jaime keeps me there. I’ve bought 3 cars in 6 years all from Gordon who was great to deal with. But you really need a manager that knows how to deal with people in person and knows something about Subaru’s.

Most other dealerships offer to complementary clean the vehicle exterior as part of a major service interval. This would be a nice and rather common addition
