I don’t know anything about cars so I panicked when my car had to get jump started because my battery was no good. Jaime was reassuring and took care of battery replacement as well as some recall issues I wasn’t even aware of.

Jaime Vega is awesome. I arrived to the dealership early—before opening. Jaime came out to open the gate, saw I was waiting, and he took me in early allowing me to get to work almost on time. He was great about communicating throughout the day. Jaime is consistently helpful. I really trust him.

I was satisfied with the service with Candace unfortunately there’s still some issues with my car that Candace is working on that part is upsetting to me because I’ve purchased a new car and there’s a lot of problems with it and it’s not Candices fault at all she’s doing the best that she can to help me out but I find this to be pretty upsetting considering that I paid a lot of money for this outback brand spanking you with issues since day one .

Victor was helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions for service. He went over the technicians report and made me feel at ease. He also alerted me what to expect for my 60,000 mile service. Great job!
