The total cost for maintenance in the end was ALOT higher than I expected at first. I originally came in for an oil change for about $70.00 total. In the end, I spent more than $400.00 for maintenance service. I'm considering going to a smaller auto shop for future service. Financially speaking, it will be more affordable.
Dropped off my vehicle for service on 11/25. Was given the run around the whole time, 2 WEEKS and they did nothing to the vehicle. Was told by edwin your car is next after a malibu during the first week. Edwin never returned calls. Left voicemails and left a message with Andrew, and nothing. I had to personally show up to get some sort of information. Spoke with service manager Diana, about the lack of communication and service, and asked to work with another service adviser. Joe calls me on a Thursday saying ur car will be looked at Friday possibly Monday, I get a call Monday at end of day saying ur vehicle is next, we just cleared up some corvettes, which previously was told were Malibus. I show up the next day, Tuesday after two weeks and vehicle is in same spot never had been worked on. I took my car today 12/8 around noon after being told my car would be checked in the morning. 2 WEEKS of Just BS, complete and total waste of time. Asked to talk with Diana today and was told she’s off, everybody is off or in a meeting everytime I try and talk to them. **** worst experience and complete lack of respect to customers.

Waited 4 and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection and cabin air filter. Truck came back with greasy hand prints on hood and fender.
Appointment staff was courteous and the service was done within scheduled and as promised.
