My experience with Abe was absolutely fantastic. It has been the best service experience I’ve received from Chevy in many years. Abe was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to provide us with outstanding customer service. Whatever he said he was going to do for us, he did. I really appreciate it when I’m told I’ll get a call back and it actually happens. I wish all service advisors for Chevy were exactly like Abe. Thank you Abe

I’m very disappointed! I dropped off my truck on Saturday 3/20 I did not get it back until Monday 3/22 after I stopped by the dealer to find out what was going on. When I arrived I was told there was NO work done on my truck NO technicians came to work, but NO one called me to inform me of anything until I stopped by! Unacceptable, I lost a day of work and I still have this concerning issue with my truck. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism. This is not the first time. I bought my car in Friday morning. My car was not touched nor was it diagnosed. I wasn’t offered a loaner, I’m a senior and I work full time. I didn’t want to rent a car either. For me, I would have been spending too much Money So I came in and picked it up this morning. The young man that helped me was awesome and considerate. I couldn’t leave it another day. I have to work.

I was searching for a new dealer to service my truck in as the last dealer I went to had pretty lousy customer service. Abe was very helpful and communicative with my vehicles service updates. I am definitely gonna be back.

Abe kept me up-to-date on my repair/recall. After he found out that the recall was gonna take a little bit of time, he offered me a Lyft ride home and a ride back when it’s ready. I would come back to Sierra Chevrolet because of Abe
