I appreciate Mr. Joe Jimenez. I did have an issue with the way my dashboard was set back into place. I brought it up to Joe. He communicated that back to the technicians and was able get it taken care of. With a great and professional attitude.
Joe, was very understanding and patient as we decided whether to repair or purchase a new vehicle. We ended up purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you Sierra Chevrolet for taking care of your customers!
Excellent service love the Lyft pick up
There was a miscommunication with someone to address my recall where I had to wait beyond the hours I was told. If told from the beginning I would’ve arranged a ride home. When I checked multiple times I was told soon soon. Well finally the person who was supposed to take care of the recall went to lunch and wasn’t fixing the issue as promised. Very frustrating. Also I asked him to check and fix the tps sensors that was messed up last time I took it in to Sierra. Finally after the oil change the counter wasn’t reset. Makes me wonder if the oil change actually happened. Very bad service overall.

the employee that helped me/rang me up for my oil change was fantastic! However, I was not happy to know that your prices went up on a oil change. Also, I remember receiving a car wash in the past after I received a oil change. Today I did not receive a car wash.
I’m impressed the quickness in checking in to drop off my truck. The idea of a 21,000 mile service kit. The total price was presented to me up front, no surprises and the call when the service was complete. Will come back.

Left several messages requesting the status of my vehicle with no call back. Even talked with a female manager who said she'll call back but never recieved a call. Was out of state for a funeral but would have like three peace of mind that my car will be ready when I'm home.
