Your service team was superb. I was traveling through the area on a road trip to the east coast. I’m traveling solo and I need to have my oil level and tire pressure checked before heading out to Palm Springs. I called yesterday and spoke to Jeff. He said bring the vehicle in. It’s a Roadtrack 170 class B motorhome built on the Chevy 2500 Express chassis. Joe Jimenez could not have been nicer. He’s a fine young man. He took good care of me. Got me in and serviced in no time. I called my Chevy service advisor at Bellevue Chevrolet in Bellevue, WA this afternoon to tell them that Sierra Chevrolet really took good care of me in this leg of the trip. My service advisor, beamed and said I’m always in good hands with the Chevrolet family. How true that statement is. Thank you so much for helping an old lady out.

Edwin took care of my appointment promptly and courteously. He provided Lyft service to and from a restaurant while I waited. My vehicle was returned in excellent working condition and an exterior car wash.
It wasn’t Edwin’s fault that’s a download from General Motors was so slow slow my wife and I waited for hours because the download was so slow that’s GM that’s not Edwin Edwin tried his best
Had my truck for over a week and no one have the time to work on it and my appointment was on 5/3.am not happy about,and the rep doesn't return my call,really bad customer service.
Walked in for an oil change and Edwin took care of me
They said they did a tire rotation, but they did not.

I am very disappointed with your service. I had a 12pm appointment today and he said 1-1.5 hrs the most. My truck was not done until 3:30 pm and then had to drive home in terrible Friday traffic!! All I had done was a basic oil change. They didn’t even rotate my tires. This should not have taken 3.5 hrs. For an o change. This was the worst service I have ever experienced and I had an appointment! I will never return and am going to write up a bad yelp review of which I have never done!
