I don’t feel confident that all services were performed as stated. For example, my invoice says fluids top off. As soon as I got home and checked under the hood fluids were low. Makes me doubtful of the quality of service I’m receiving. I’ve only used you for service going on 4 years now.

Car was not properly diagnosed. They tried to sell me batteries when mi es was ok
Never received the service because of obvious over scheduling to pad numbers, they would have kept my car 4 days when I was told 1 if u had not gone and got it when it was not even looked at after a day and a half.

Really bad customer service. They don’t greet you, they don’t give any updates on the process of your car service. I don’t mind the wait but the overall service is horrible. I’m thinking not going back there... I went cause I thought this time will be better. I’ll make sure all my family and friends know this... we don’t deserve to be treated like this... Ridiculous service! Unbelievable ????
