The first day: I left vehicle at 8am and received a call at 4pm said it needs to charges freon and ac service. Isn't it a 5 minutes process to tell it needs Freon knowing AC is not cool? It took 8 hrs? Then 2nd day no update even I called and was promised to receive updates. 3rd day I estimated that maybe the leakage is too small and hard to be detected so it took so long and asked to pick up the vehicle before close, and was agreed. Then right before I'll leave to pick it up at 7pm, I called to make sure there is somebody there but was told no paperwork found. W.T.F. Finally I called on the fourth day and was told i can pick up. Then I received updates in msg, call from Jeff etc. I have to call and push it forward. Definitely not good experiences. I'll probably goto a professional AC shop next time if AC ever runs warm.

Everything was just fine. Plus, my canvas washed. And if you knew how dirty it was, you would know that had to be quite a job. I'm completely happy with the whole experience. !

A total of 3 recalls were done. I arrived 15 minutes early Everything was ready. Told up 2 hr wait, done in under 1 hr 15 minutes. Good, friendly service

Sang Cao was honest and very transparent. Completely opposite of the stereotypical dealer experience of being taken to the cleaners. I felt very comfortable with Sierras overall approach. They call you first to provide you with the diagnosis allowing you an opportunity to determine how you'd like to proceed. Sang and Sierra have earned a new customer.

It would be helpful if they didn't have such a crazy workload, and I had the opportunities to have them work on the car as soon as I had the problem, rather then bringing it in at 7am :-(
