I have been having a problem with the 9 speed automatic transmission on my 2018 Honda Odyssey, it sometimes jerks during shifting of gears. This happens almost every time we drive the car, at least once per drive. The transmission makes a clanking sound and jerks. I have noticed it since the car had around 12,000 miles, I had reported before to Sierra Honda service department but they could not duplicate the problem on a test drive they did without me in the vehicle. Again, I reported this problem and service department said they could not duplicate the problem on a test drive. Advisor said to report it again if problem persists. Problem still persists, still jerks at random times. Advisor said if persists, then dealer will ask Honda what should be done or how problem should be addressed. I still notice problem frequently.
