I’m very satisfied with the service I received yesterday November 05, 2020. What I can suggest, please coordinate with the sales group that they should sell brand new cars and brand batteries so that during emergencies, we clients can use our new cars without any issues. We were surprised why two months brand new car bought only last August 27, 2020 has this battery issue. I will not lease another brand new car next time if this is the kind of sales they will do to me and I cannot recommend to my family and friends as well.

He was a little late for my appointment due to helping out a prior client. But once he was able to assist me he was very clear and direct with answering all my questions and I was able to get my car out earlier than his estimate.

Appointment at 10:30. Waited in line for 10 min but no one came to help. One rep pointed to the two cars in the back to drive up to another lane and then proceeded to help those customers first, even though I was there before them. Waited until 11 to finally have someone came out to take the odometer reading and start the paperwork. Got the coupon online but rep cannot honor the 30 min guaranteed. Overall, this experience showed that your service department doesn't respect your customer's time. If someone has an appointment, you should help those customers first. And if there is an appointment, make sure to proceed in a timely manner. If you can't do what you advertised to do, don't post it on your website. It's false advertising and just simply makes your company look bad.
Vince found an open recall for a similar situation to my service call, and that was taken care of as well, all in the same day!
