My wife and I have looking for a hitch for our Honda Pilot for a number of months. Repeated calls to a local hitch installer yielded zero results. When I called Kevin, he confirmed that there was a shortage of hitches. However, he was willing to make every effort to order one for us. While we waited, he updated us with phone calls regularly and kept us informed of the status of the order. Kevin not only delivered on the product, he earned our trust. For the superior and timely service that he provided, we feel that our money was well spent.
