I told Adam when I was there in the Service Dept. office how friendly and attentive everyone there was. Adam himself was personable. He told me the time my car would be ready and it was. He explained in detail what service was done to my car. I felt he was knowledgeable in what he said and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
When changing the brake fluid on the car, the technician spilled the brake fluid on the driver side headlight. The brake fluid reacted to the plastic, causing a milky white streak on the headlight that cannot be easily removed. I just noticed this later this evening. This needs to be resolved ASAP. If nothing happens, I will take my business elsewhere and not recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Service advisor-was not helpful with my concerns on the safety issues. I asked the advisor questions and she refused to listen to what I had to say. She wanted her way only typical female with a bad attitude, not pleased at all again I still have my safety issues on my accord. I just hope that nothing happens while I’m driving.
