I was charged for an inspection, including an inspection of my breaks. The mechanic seemed to have missed (or lacked reporting) my completely worn breaks, or nothing was reported to me. I was oversold and under-serviced here. I have awareness of several known issues with my vehicle, and no one noticed any of them. I won’t be back, this is either dishonest or sloppy. I am deliberating if I will call and ask for a refund. Google reviews are pending.
She was amazing, patient and very professional. She was very attentive and also took the time to explain to me how Honda Care Sentinel works and how to submit a claim for my tire.

Billy is awesome and deserves a raise! I was having a really bad morning due to some business issues and Billy turned my day around with his excellent care and enthusiasm to help me with my service, including calling other Honda dealers to make sure my car wasn’t getting the same service I just had.
