Only complaint: I was the only one in the service line with an appointment at 11am. 2-3 employees walked past me without acknowledging me. It took a few minutes (maybe 4-5 minutes) for a service worker to approach me. I was the only one in line, it did not look busy.

I love Sierra Honda every time I have a problem with my car they fix it. The front desk workers are alway trying to help and always so professional. Vince Tran always answers all my questions and is always there to help.

Satisfied this time because it was done quickly and I was not charged however I went in for the same issue in December 1st but it wasn’t fixed then. It has cost me $222 to pay AAA. I was told my car was perfectly ok. Why didn’t they not see the issue with the battery on Dec 1st? I feel like my $222 should have been covered by Honda because I just took my car there for service on Dec 1st and was told my car was perfectly ok. And I wish the car wash was included. The other car companies provide car wash.
