Excellent service! Vince took the time to explain things and ensured issues were resolved.
Only complaint: I was the only one in the service line with an appointment at 11am. 2-3 employees walked past me without acknowledging me. It took a few minutes (maybe 4-5 minutes) for a service worker to approach me. I was the only one in line, it did not look busy.

Satisfied this time because it was done quickly and I was not charged however I went in for the same issue in December 1st but it wasn’t fixed then. It has cost me $222 to pay AAA. I was told my car was perfectly ok. Why didn’t they not see the issue with the battery on Dec 1st? I feel like my $222 should have been covered by Honda because I just took my car there for service on Dec 1st and was told my car was perfectly ok. And I wish the car wash was included. The other car companies provide car wash.
