I was having a tough time getting a clear idea of when someone would assist me in person without an appointment and with a Toyota (yes complicated) and a wonderful girl whose name I do not know took my information and made me an appointment because when I call they say they can’t book and oil change fir a Toyota but the car was purchased at Honda with the lifetime oil change deal.
