Was told my car needs frontal struts. Price: $2200.00. I took it for a second opinion to two other places. Front struts were fine. Back struts were needed. Price $750.00. At no time did I see my car elevated for an inspection. Just driven by the mechanic for a long time. He even asked me to join him since no noise could be heard. Absolutely disappointed. Kevin has always been nice. But this left me with an uneasy feeling.

To whom it may concern, I previously would have my service done in Downtown LA service center. downtown Honda greatly disappointed me with both customer service and quality of car service. I proceeded to try Sierra Honda where I was greeted and helped by Kevin (possibly 3years ago). Kevin always provides the best service possible and is very professional.

Tina was very friendly and helpful throughout the service. She asked me if I need a ride to go to work and I said that I just got off work at 8 AM. She immediately told me that she will finish the service as quickly as possible so that I can rest. I really appreciate what she did! Really great service from Tina! So happy I had her that day.
