Kevin is great to work with!! He is the best service technician we’ve ever had. I always request Kevin when I need my Honda serviced. I’m happy to say I got my car back the same day I brought it in! This is the second Honda Accord that we purchased from Sierra Honda.
I wish we could also give positive feedback for the Sierra Chevrolet service team. My daughter’s 2015 Chevy Trax has been there since Monday 2/22 & we still don’t have it back. We have had several negative experiences with Chevrolet service between a few Suburbans we’ve owned and this visit for our Trax. We purchased our 1st Suburban at Sierra in 1998 and service was fine on that. We also currently own a 2017 Suburban. Sierra Chevrolet is a convenient location but we may seek other service options.

Kevin is great in listening to client’s car concerns and he addressed/thoroughly explained them during the car pick up. Car service also was quick and finished ahead of the promised time.

After speaking with my daughter, she told Tina she was only dropping off the car for an oil change. Tina took it upon herself to move forward with the diagnostic and informed her of $150 cost. My daughter told her again only the oil change. The previous person told her if she wanted the inspection for the check engine light she needed to make an appointment. My daughter refused the service multiple times and Tina didn’t listen. When Tina called me about the engine light, and what the car needed, i told her I’d get it fixed else where. She then said okay will go ahead and order the part, it will be in on Friday. Did you want to leave the car or pick up and bring back. I said again to her, No, I’m going to get it fixed elsewhere. She then said my daughter agreed to the $150 diagnostic fee. I didn’t complain at that moment because I thought my daughter consented. When in fact she never did. Clearly I had the same experience where Tina does not listen to customers and takes upon herself to move forward with a service we never asked for. I’ve been a customer for years, and I really think you need to make it right and refund the $150. Thanks.

Great customer service she provided an estimated time to deliver the car and provided the car on time. She also explained the work that would be completed on the car and made a suggestion as to when we need to service the car again. She was very professional and helpful and I would definitely return to have our car serviced due to her great customer service .
