Kevin’s the best. He’s so nice
First I’d like to Mention, Kevin Eng, did everything in his power to make sure my Honda was back to operating function and taken care of. My satisfaction with Kevin is excellent. However my satisfaction with Sierra Honda or Honda period, is poor. I understand there are protocols that Kevin needs to follow but I was extremely frustrated with Honda throughout my whole day at work going back and forth with phone calls and aggravating mood from almost every Honda employee besides Kevin. Even the person that answers the phone when you first call Honda Sierra had a **** attitude. Funny how everyone’s attitude changed when I showed up in person.
Kevin gave me his personal extension which I appreciate cuz it showed that he knew how frustrated I was with my brand new Honda and the service they were giving me. I greatly appreciate everything Kevin did. But not what Honda did.
This is my first Honda purchase and more than Likely my last Honda purchase. To get extremely frustrated that no one knew the problem was especially the technicians didn’t even know what was wrong with my brand new 2021 Honda Accord is pathetic.
I drove the car off the lot with 47 miles on it and I’m already back 3 months later for an issue that happened on its own, not to forget Honda tried to pin the issue on a third party to cover their own ****.
Kevin is great, will more than likely stay in contact with Kevin, but as for the overall Honda experience provided by everyone else. It was horrible. Even the person who gave me my keys to leave your dealership just threw them in my hand and didn’t say anything. Check your employees attitudes before someone else does.
Bottom line, very very happy with Kevin, dissatisfied with whole Honda experience in general. My other survey you guys sent me is my reflection on Sierra Honda, not Kevin. Kevin is your only hope of good costumer service y’all got.
