Kevin was great! The only thing that bothered me , which I know the service dept. has no control over, was the payment transaction. Kevin had to take my card number down, including the 3 digit number on the back of the card and write it down on paper. That info is very sensitive.

I received a recall for our 2012 Honda Civic. So I looked at the nearest Honda dealer and it was you guys. I took my vehicle, two to three hours later after getting it back. It seemed to have kicked or lost power for a second. When I looked up at least three lights on my Dash were on. After driving it not too far on the way to the dealership once again. The car was hesitating almost stalling out. Three lights are on, one was emissions, another was a VSA light, and power steering. Before taking my car to the dealership would you guys I had no problems. My car was running great. I've never had three lights come on my Dash. Not until after you guys touched it now I have problems. I took it back to the dealer Adam said that it wasn't anything that you guys did. So I ran it by him and he clarified that it was not your guy's fault. I went off on your whole service department. Later after calling multiple times a lady called me back and set up another appointment for Monday at 1 for me to take the car back so you guys can kind of try to figure out what the deal is. I really hope you guys get this fixed. I really do
