Eric, is an asset to Honda because he is professional. His customers are valued above the bottom line. My warrant is over in October, but I will continue bring my car to Honda for service because of Eric's professional behavior.

Eric **** was very helpful in giving me the information about the service my car needed. He also prevented me from requesting service that was already done and that I had forgotten. That saved me well over $1,000. He has been consistently courteous in helping me with my Honda's service over several years. I appreciate his helpfulness!

Wasn't given much information on what was being done the car. Even though I took it in for an oil change. But if there were extra things done for this particular oil change. Asked to get my car washed. When I got in to leave, noticed on passenger side of car, it was wet inside the car. Passenger window was not closed all the way and water dripped into the car.
