I got an appointment immediately. I was taken care of as soon as the line allowed. Everyone was very helpful and gracious. Eric kept me informed as to the progress of my repair. All around a great experience even though I had a problem with my car window.

The work and the service is wonderful, but the car wash takes too long. The wash alone added almost an hour to our wait time.

I would like to recognize Erik **** for a job well done. Erik consistently manage to provide best customer service since he started working there and that's the reason why I still go there even when I use to live in Ventura County. Erik's work ethic is superb as we know there's always room for improvement so he always excel himself in everything he does by providing options to customers, very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Erik for blazing the trails. Keep it up and I am glad your company started doing this survey because they need to know they need someone like you.

Mr. Eng is always polite and explains what's needed for my car. He ensures that my car is in top condition before I leave with it. Also, the young man who was the shuttle driver that gave me a ride to pick up my car at approximately 1:50pm was very respectful and professional.

Eric is a great YOUNG man his recommendations make me that he cares about my safety I will in the future be taking my car back for service First brakes then rotation and then checking the oil leaks in my car I would have never known if Eric had mentioned them to me thank you Honda for a wonderful young man at your service department
