Was at the dealership at 7:30 am to get an oil change done before the day started. Was immediately told it was going to be 2 1/2 hours almost as if to discourage me from leaving the car - said there was 8 cars ahead of me already. Car was ready at 10:30 - 3 hours for an oil change while being the 8th car into the dealership at 7:30 am. I was told the car was ready, got my paperwork from the cashier and walked into the service office as I had questions. Although he answered my questions, made me feel as if I was interrupting his work. Generally great service, but this visit left a bad taste.

Erik is a great service consultant! He puts it all in writing, from beginning/middle/end. Im kept up to date about whats going on with my car. After car has been serviced, he follows through to make sure everything got taken care of. HellO Honda Admin...you guys have a man with leadership skills, lots of experience under his belt, and excellent customer service. PROMOTE HIM!!!! It's tough to find people who love their jobs, are committed and passionate about what they do!!!! I've been coming here for 8 years. Erik **** has taken care of my Civic as if it were his own.
