This was my first visit to the dealer. I was surprised to find out there was a high discrepancy of prices as I have serviced my car At other dealers.I am very satisfied. Mr. Tran listened to my concerns and took action to the best of his knowledge to assist in the best way he could. He is really an asset to your team.

Brian was not the problem .. My concern is that I took the car in for service because after changing the breaks at your place .., continue making noise ... I was thinking it will go away but didn't .... The noise is getting worse ... I just drove home with the car and the noise still there .

My car's audio subwoofer quality issue was not resolved. If I had known about the totally substandard audio quality, I would have gotten a model from another brand. The top of the line honda CRV came with a crappy sound system. While Vince was helpful, he could not resolve the poor subwoofer issue that I took the car in for. Changing the subwoofer volume had NO noticeable improvement to the audio quality. What was the subwoofer introduced for? More money (Profits)??? I will have to follow up with American Honda on this matter.
