Erik **** made my trip to Sierra Honda such an enjoyable trip. He had a calm and collected demeanor, and was very friendly. He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and needs were met. He was able to get the shuttle all in order for me. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would come back just based on Erik ****'s GREAT customer service.
