Yes my experience at Honda was very good. The wait was not long at all. Sara Halcomb took care of me very well, and we always have good conversation. Sara's Customer Service is always excellent.

Erik was really great at explaining the problems with my car. He also took his time in explaining the parts that were going to be replaced and how the parts got damaged. I will defenetly be coming back for further services on my vehicle ,he gained my trust!

There was a hole on the passenger side where the airbag is replacedoing. Is that normal, the hole was not there before the service on airbag recalled. Please advisemail immediately.

Actually, the service was great--car in and out much quicker than anticipated. Brian did an outstanding job of telling me what would be done and then telling me what was done and what would need to be done next time. The car seems peppier and I am happy. The only downside was that the customer lounge had a problem with the A/C and the waiting room was much too warm. There is no need to call about this--just fix the A/C before it gets really hot!
