Overall the representative that helped me was great. He was very attentive in answering all my question. He also had a very friendly personality. He made the process so simple and easy. Other times I have gone and they’ve made me I unwelcomed. Thanks to my representative it’s very likely I will go back.

Tire pressure dashboard warning went off as soon as I drove the car off the lot. At home, I found the rear tires at 25 psi and the front tires at 29 psi. Not thorough results I expect from this dealership, and at $140 plus for regular maintenance visit. To top things off, a Sierra dealership employee after his shift, presumably at the end of his shift, cut me off then brake checked me as I was driving away from the dealership. Black 2018 Mustang, if I'm not mistaken.
