It’s always so easy at Sierra Honda. Everything is streamlined. I was at work thinking how I needed an oil change, so I just stopped by on my way home, with no appointment, and pulled in to the express lane, and a technician came out right away and got my car going on that oil change right away. Vince called a little later to let me know My breaks were at minimum and said the technician would be happy to stay and complete my brakes for me. The whole thing took two hours, and was super easy. I was even able to pay on my phone before I arrived pick up my car. Simple. Streamlined. And I drove away feeling confident that my car was running at 100%.
Kevin was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Gave very good customer service!
Besides taking care of the recall, he also took time to help me with instructing how to use the Bluetooth feature. Great service
You have lied repeatedly. Never followed up. I still continue to recieve text messages from your ridiculous automated messages. I literally had to chase you down every day to find out more about my car. Your manager does not have the spine to follow up either. Still all of you don’t care so why even bother having us do these feedbacks?
Vince Tran always makes sure I leave satisfied. He explains every procedure that’s being done to my car carefully and patiently. He gives fast and thorough customer service. He has that personality who can be trusted. It’s really hard to trust people now a days but Vince makes me feel comfortable to trust.
