Just FYI for guys servicing cars, please close doors to cars during the rain. The inside drivers door and floor super wet on this rainy day. Could’ve helped a bit if doors were closed or wiped down on the inside prior to customer getting in.

Had Matt for my service advisor. He was very kind. Answered all my questions. Explained all charges, even though I felt it was priced kind of high. ( which has nothing to do with him) he was very informed and knowledgeable. Also the work was done very timely even though I had to rent a car. I liked being informed on textjng.
We bought a car and it flooded during rain. After 4 1/2 days with your service department they said it was fixed. It is not.
Vince was excellent. The technician was not as good. He did not believe us when we explained what was happening! It took five trips to Sierra Honda for the repair to take place because it took four visits to convince the technician that there was a problem. Thank you for the loaner car that was provided on the fifth visit. It was very helpful. Thank you for the service
Tina was great. I feel like the shuttle service was below par. The driver was nice, but it was too long a wait and too many people crammed into the vehicle. I was lucky to be the first dropped off.
Only satisfied with Kevin Eng, not with the repair department. Nightmare in daylight.

The technician who installed the cargo net (due bill) deleted all of my preset FM radio channels and reset them to Latino stations. He also misadjusted my rear view mirror. He was supposed to be working in the trunk, not the cabin, except possibly to move the car. You should check if he does this to all cars he works on. If so, it will cost the dealership in lost future business.
I’m also not happy that a technician will have to redo the installation of Theft Patrol. Did they also not install the Shock-S alarm that day? I had to contact the dealership numerous times to get Theft Patrol activated, just to find it wasn’t installed when it was supposed to have been.
