It’s not his fault but my issue was not fixed and it’s on me to somehow prove that the issue i’m Experiencing are the XM module or antenna. My concern is Sierra is going to stick me with the bill when the issue is finally resolved. I’ve had the vehicle for three weeks.

I just thought that the rubber guards for my sons Honda Civic should have been covered with don kind of warranty after all we purchased 2 Civics the same day and my father purchased an Accord 2016 6 months later...see if your maintenance manager can do something for us...

I have had the pleasure of having Vince Tran as a service advisor multiple times. Every time and including today he has exceeded my expectations. He explains everything that is going to be done in a way that I can understand. He calls me when my car is ready and gives me a breakdown of what they did to my car. Unfortunately for me he was out to lunch when I went to pick up my car, but Vince still called me just minutes after I had left Sierra Honda, to make sure everything was ok. Coming here is a great experience every time. The process is smooth and clear. Which is something I look for, especially when servicing my car. Thank you Vince for making my time with Honda Service an enjoyable experience.

Yes. The outcome was nice. I wish it could be a bit more detailed of what happened and more communication between the mechanic and the clerk on the procedure expected and the length of waiting time that the customer shall wait. I was waiting for almost two hrs. when I ask an update. They told me about 2 more hrs more or less. So I call someone to pick me up. 7 min after, they told me my car was ready. (Wait.. what??? ((0'0)) ) a bit confusing.
