I have no problem with Sergio’s service, however, I have problem with the rest of your service team members. While Sergio was helping out with my paper works, your service members kept interrupting Sergio’s work just because there was a car assigned to him and he had no idea about that assignment. Unfortunately, no one willing to take the initiative to help out Sergio except kept yelling at Sergio and asked him to take care of that car. Please remember you are doing business for long term, not just one time. Yes, you have done with my car but I was still standing in the office and waiting for my papers to be ready. The whole situation makes me feel I wasn’t welcomed and I should not be there. I am also surprised that you didn’t wash my car after my maintenance were done.
