It kinda took forever, but I guess it was within the promised time. Took about 2 hours all together, which is okay but doesn't leave me able to say I was satisfied, but since I have HondaCare and this is the closest I'll prolly be back.

Terrible experience.it cost me 2 hours but they even didn't wash my car.i can't believe car service doesn't include washing cars.and if i didn't ask,he even didn't change my oil that only 40%?what is cars' service.Only watch my car with their eyes?really terrible experience.Will not coming back this area!!the service writer name is Oswaldo Magana!

My one year old CRV has a serious issue with gasoline in the oil. The cabin reeks of raw gas at times. My wife as asthma and has to leave the CRV and drive another car. Sierra Honda’s response. Call Honda. Not out problem. We don’t cate. Owned Honda’s since 1979. Never seen such a don’t give a da@n attitude since I last owned a Chevy.
