He called and said he had bad news and that the part they ordered was not compatible with my car i purchased at the same time. He said he was going to check options before i got there and didn't check if there was any other parts available only "heres the manager" who was just as disappointing Wasted my day off please call and ask more details there was too many mistakes to explain herexxx-****-xxxx
The customer service was great but the waiting area for the cars did not have adequate shade and I am very sensitive to the sun and got sunburned. I wish they would install shade so that when the cars arrive for service they could be in the shade. This is specially important in Southern CA and it will help to personalize service to our sunny region! Thank you!

My satisfied have not thing to do with Vince Tran. I got an email from you said that I will get full services like car wash, cleaning something... but When I got my car everything was the same. I just wondering that why would you send me an email to choose what services i want and you give me nothing. I just want to let you know this is my first service for 4100 mph.
