Had to wait an extra hour and a half because "mechanics were on lunch". Went way beyond my promised finish time
Vince is fantastic. My only downsides comment is that Sierra does NOT wash your car after they have had it for service (like most other dealerships do) and my window had smudges all over it.
I had an appointment and it still took 90 minutes for just a oil change

I ONLY CAME IN BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS UNDER WARRANTY!? BEFORE WHEN I GOT A BATTERY YOU GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR THREE YEARS? WHEN I PUURCHASED ONE YESTERDAY I GOT A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY? I WILL NOT BE COMING ANYMORE UNLESS I AM UNDER WARRAN THG Y! I DROVE 30 MINUTES TO GET TO YOUR STORE !

Tina was great and JR too. Once everything was done my car would not start and the mechanic said it was on me he didn’t touch anything but very rude about it. My car would not start and when they found that it was Honda s fault I did not get an apology from the mechanic. I am so glad I do not use you guys for any services on my car. I also will not go there for any future recall.
