Kevin Eng provided excellent service with the utmost professionalism. He provides this level of excellence and trust with every encounter over the several years I’ve gotten service. Even though there are 2 closer Honda Dealerships like 5 miles away from home, Sierra Honda is the best and so is Kevin! Thank you!

I was happy with the service but I had an appt for 1:30. After 1.5 hours (which was how long I was told the total time would take), my car was just pulled into the bay. In total, I had to wait two hours for a simple service.
