The past few times I had my car serviced in Honda, Kevin happened to be my advisor. He is very professional and efficient, explains well and anticipate your needs before I even think of it. He offered to arrange a ride for me so I didn’t have to walk home in 90 degree weather. He called me to update me the progress of my car and communicate clearly about the solution. Kevin is an asset for Honda - 10 years of service in the same place represents his loyalty and work ethics. Excellent customer service you provide Kevin! Thanks for everything!

The tire pressure light came on 5 minutes after I drove off the lot. I am going to assume everytng else was okay. The tire pressure was at 27 lbs. The sales rep. was very polite and professional. I don't trust the mechanics that service the cars.

Kevin in the ultimate professional- He told me exactly what needed to be done, estimated the cost perfectly and delivered the car on time, just as he said he would- HE is friendly and knowledgeable, a great asset to Sierra Honda- The whole Service Staff is awesome from the Service writers to the Shuttle Driver!

The new paint on the roof looks amazing. I dropped my van off on a Monday and was told it would be done by Friday, but when Friday came I was then told it had to be redone and it was now going to be done next Wednesday. I made vacation plans starting that Friday that I unfortunately had to change, but I understand it was a bit of uncontrollable circumstances where they found some yellowing after applying the clear coat. After a quick inspection of the roof that was recently repainted I noticed that both corners of the rear part of the roof on the outer part of the tailgate hinge covers already has chipped paint? Not sure if that was already there when I dropped it off or if It chipped away during the repainting process? Other than that, I am very pleased with the work that was done. Thanks Honda for honoring this warranty. It is greatly appreciated!
