Rude,dishonest, and talked down to; man-splained. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting. Guy in the next seat over was smirking during the whole ordeal also. Made me so uncomfortable I dont want to go back.

Robert was friendly and efficient. I appreciate him walking me to my vehicle and removing the protective plastic and paper. He provided excellent service.
One suggestion would be to be a bit more careful when placing the “pin” location for Lyft. This can be tricky. My drivers had some trouble finding me.

My first impression was poor. Sergio did not introduce himself, nor did he have a badge on. I asked to have a B1 service performed as well as the check engine light looked at. I dropped my car off at 1115. At around 230 I was called and informed that they would not perform the tire rotation. I instructed Sergio to perform the other services . At this point I was under the assumption that the Check Engine light would be attended to. At the time of the phone the call for pick up I was informed the check engine light was not looked at. At this point I became frustrated and decided to pick my car up never to return.
