I came in for a simple fix on a splash guard that was missing two screws and your service department wanted to charge me 123$. I took the car to Firestone service center and they did it for almost free. 10$.
You should be ashamed. I will never again bring my car to Sierra.
Furthermore I will write a complaint letter to Honda USA and will tell them if my dismay of Honda quality and service.

Yes but, and while I find their work to be reliable I would suggest that the mechanics stop recommending work for cars that do not have the parts they want to work on. The mechanics wanted to flush power steering box on a car that was equipped with electronic steering. I could have avoided a pointless ticket from a cop if I hadn't been fixing something that was not on the car to begin with

I wanted to express my frustration at the service I received from your department!!!!!!!!! My family and I have bought 3 cars in the last 5 years from Honda and this has never happened to me. I bought a brand new car from your dealership to find out by the second day that there is a gap on the cushion part of the side door. Instead of returning the car, I brought it in for a repair thinking that it will be fixed. I teach during the day so I was not able to take my car so my brother did me a favor and brought it in. He was treated with a lot of disrespect from your employees. He was treated as if he was a nuisance. This is my right as a customer. This is your Honda's mistake! The worst part is not until he got home after 4 hours did we discover that there IS A KNIFE CUT AND A SLASH ON MY CAR from your fixing it!!!! Your employees did not mention anything about damaging my car! On a courtesy note, this happened on Friday so I waited until today to write you this email. With this kind of service, my family and I will never buy another car from your dealership again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adam was competent and straightforward.
Very helpful and quick to find my parts and to fix my car within a few hours.
Tina was great. Very professional and tried to let me know what the techs were looking at with the repairs. She gave me options and what the charges were going to be. After the work was done she went over the invoice and answered any questions.
