My scheduled appointment was at 12:15pm for oil change only. Tina informed me that the guy's are going to lunch soo unfortunately my car wouldn't be ready no later than 2pm. I asked what was the point of scheduling an appointment?? Since I was there already I decided to get my car serviced & wait in the waiting room. My car was not ready til 2:53 & nobody decided to come inform me what was going on. Very unpleasant with this experience. No communication & very unprofessional.
Billy was really great. Very attentive and focused on me. Wish there we more people like him. He was also very knowledgeable and quick with any questions I had. Thank you, Jason C

Great service by Tina. My only feedback and this is not on Tima is that your service department should match/honor other Honda dealer’s coupons as you are losing business where we will take our vehicle to be serviced elsewhere.

I don't know why you have a reservation system. I made reservation abd showed up on time. I was told estimated time is one to one and a half hours that was reasonable. As I watched on my car was sit at parking lot for one hour. Then was taken into maintenance shop sitting for about one hour. I finally went to ask my service agent. He went to check with the shop. He returned very apologetic saying the supervisor did not why was just sitting there, he would get on it himself, that would take about 20 minutes.
A simple routine maintenance check of this fully electric car, no oil to change... It took 20 minutes or less the work was done. But I have sitting in the waiting room for almost three hours. It was not acceptable for a reservation service.
It totally **** when I toLd the manager,Mike, he didn't seem surprised or even interested in listening.
I will Not recommend any one use this facility for service.

Very thorough and polite/courteous. I had to bring my car in twice within two days for the same problem. While that was frustrating, Billy was calm, professional and informative.
Wish I didn't have to wait for 2 hours for service to be done. Your waiting room isn't all that interesting. Although the chairs are comfortable. The car service was good. Just don't like waiting that long. Happened both times I was in.
I was amazed that the first service did NOT include tire rotation. It's known that a vehicle's tires should be rotated every 5,000 miles. I asked Tran three times just to make sure and he said if I wanted them rotated, it would cost $24.95. I called El Monte Honda while waiting for my car and yes tire rotation is included on the first service.
Billy has been very helpful and polite. He called and left message on my phone when the car is ready.
