Excellent service. I am very pleased and glad I brought my car to Sierra. Besides doing the service on my car, they took extra time to help me understand some iof the quirks in the navigation system. BTW whoever designed the navigation system is an idiot. Quirky and makes little sense. I loved the Navi in my 2009 Navi system. The 2019 CRV Touring is overly complex and difficult to operate. Waste of money. And your staff needs a good training session. Very few people understand it. Bet whoever reads this doesn’t truly understand it either. The guy who helped me was wonderful, he was so patient Good guy.
