Kevin is remarkable! He has always been honest in all of my dealings with him. He seems genuine in his guidance, and he’s the reason I keep coming back to Sierra Honda for the servicing of my car! Today was a perfect example! I have an older model that needed special parts. Kevin was able to get those parts from several other dealerships. The work was guaranteed to be completed today, despite the complications! Kevin made it possible for me to be able to go home, via Lyft, and to return later in the afternoon! My original appointment started at 8:00 a.m. What a gift! Today, while I was waiting, earlier in the morning, I began talking to a woman who drove up from San Diego to get her car serviced. Any time she needs her car serviced, she drives up from San Diego to Monrovia. She especially likes Kevin’s care and concern! Her dedication to Kevin and Sierra Hinds speaks volumes! Thank you one and all! I’m extremely grateful! At some point, I will be buying a new car. I will definitely do so through Sierra Honda! Best wishes always, Laurie

I just thought it was a bit pricy for an oil change and rotate the tires.

They left a huge oil and a white stain on the driver seat, and they did not even bother cleaning it up. I’m so disappointed. I probably won’t be back here again.
