Billy was extremely helpful and courteous, and the service was completed in about half the expected time. I live very close to another Honda dealer but this reconfirmed why I choose to go to Sierra Honda, both for new cars and service.

The computer system was down but Vince kept me informed as soon as it was up and also get me informed of other issues that needed attention other than the B1 maintenance. He presented the other service items with no pressure involved and all the work was done in a timely manner.
