Kevin is a great serviceman and fantastic person overall. Made my experience unique and enjoyable in such a bad time. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.
The computer system was down but Vince kept me informed as soon as it was up and also get me informed of other issues that needed attention other than the B1 maintenance. He presented the other service items with no pressure involved and all the work was done in a timely manner.
