I was satisfied w Vince customer service w me the moment I arrived to get my oil change for my 2016 Honda CRV that I purchased at this dealer last year.
I also trust that the dealer would do a clean and proper oil change and take care of my vehicle.
I and even my wife clean our car almost every day that I was so surprised to see the scratches inside the side of the passenger door after my oil change.
The scratches showed different directions like a technician had been moving.
I say this as the scratches were not there until after the oil change when I got home seeing it.
I called Vince that day and he accommodated me not in a defensive manner and told me to take the car back so he can take a picture and show management.
This shows that Honda does care for their customers and their cars.
My wife has always loved her manual transmission Honda 2008 coupe and it is still in pristine condition and has decided when it's time to give it up,
She will purchase Honda again and probably in this dealership as so far from Saul our sales rep and to Vince we feel we can trust and be loyal to this brand.
