I had the opportunity to discuss my issue with the service representative today. However, my issue is as a consumer of Honda. I find it unjust and absolutely stunned that an electrical issue should be paid by me. This particular vehicle has cost me too much money to be paying for something that I have no control over such as an electrical matter.

Kevin is absolutely awesome. He is the reason I choose Sierra Honda for my Honda servicing. It’s a 45 mile trip each way for me from Santa Monica. Kevin makes the trip worth while.

Advisor Adam Lopez told me the part for my car was ordered but went to my appointment and no part was ordered. Also, it took 4 hours for my tech Vinny to tell me they couldn’t do anything to my car because they don’t have the same car to check my vehicle. Worse service ever
