Please call. I would like to discuss the nearly two and half hour service . Just to change one tire. I had an appointment and was was told I needed to wait one hour and forty-five minutes . However, I had to wait much longer in a HOT waiting room. Billy never came to give me status. I had to come to him and then he proceeded to look into the status of my car in between answering the phone and having me wait longer and longer. So, upset...He never said I will be right with you. I felt he just wanted my money $266 dollars. I did witness how kind he was to another customer .. it just made me sick...
The Service Writer, Vince was awesome. He was respectful, police and professional. He did exactly what he said he would do. I always try to get Vince or Kevin when I bring in one of my 5 Honda Automobiles. Vince is an ASSET to Sierra Honda . I would hope that when you hire new employees that you you would have Vince train them. Vince is just a great human being. People should take lessons from him.
