This was my first time working with Tina. She was on top of everything and ahead of schedule throughout the service process. And the tires were inflated to the full 33 lbs recommended by the manufacturer for the first time since I've been coming to Sierra Honda ????

Tina greeted me with a huge smile! She was friendly, helpful and informative. She was also very patient with me when I had questions. She took the time to explain what to expect, and what was happening and what options I had once I made a decision. I will definitely recommend Honda and plan to come back soon!
