Tina was awesome! She went above and beyond to research my problem and contacted Honda Corporate to help assess and fix my problem. I will definitely be taking my car to Sierra Honda, Monrovia for future service. Pasadena Honda (where car was purchased) dropped the ball and advised me to try another dealership to “fix” my problem. Thank you Tina!!! We have been Honda owners for over 10 years. I am so glad my new car is working once again.

Tina was great (personable, knowledge and able to multitask with lots of customers) but I think your policies drive your customers away. Honda Dealer service is not my first choice for routine repair due to the $109 Diagnostic charge for a software upgrade (I was clear about the symptoms I was experiencing with the onboard system). That is minimal effort on your part to determine the issue. This is why my last visit to Sierra Honda was 2014. Trust is at the heart of every business transaction and I’ve lost a little bit of trust in Sierra Honda today.

Vince went above and beyond! Followed up with me twice during my visit and made sure that my vehicle was completely looked over. Quite honestly, I haven’t received this kind of service from a dealership in a VERY long time! I am totally pleased with the service I received!

Vince was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He actually helped to take care of two of my cars (one right after the other). He did this very efficiently without skipping a beat. I only had an appointment for one of the cars… But I asked him if it were possible to take care of my other car since it was due for maintenance as well. He was able to fit it in.
